Alex Sverdlik has spent more than two decades guiding clients through high-stakes financial and real estate decisions. Today, he serves the luxury market across Parkland, Boca Raton, and Southeast Florida from ZenQuest Realty in Coral Springs — bringing the same combination of strategic insight and personal commitment that earned him top-producer recognition at Zip Realty in Marin County, California, and at eXp Realty in Florida (2025).

His career began on Wall Street. After earning a BBA in Finance from Baruch College in 1990, Alex spent more than a decade advising clients on portfolio strategy — first as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities, then as Vice President of Investments at Smith Barney from 1992 to 2004. Series 7 and 63 licensed, he learned firsthand how major financial decisions intersect with the lives behind them. "One of the most valuable parts of my finance background," he says, "is the perspective that comes from experience — understanding markets, negotiation, long-term strategy, and how major financial decisions impact people beyond the numbers."

California real estate followed, beginning in Marin County and later extending to the Northeast Los Angeles foothills. His top-producer year at Zip Realty established a reputation for rapid, well-priced sales — including a four-week sale of a Huntington Harbor waterfront home against three competing listings on the same block. A Silicon Valley interlude as Director of Sales at Shipwire.com from 2007 to 2012 (the company was acquired by Ingram Micro) added cross-industry perspective on growth, sales process, and operational rigor.

Alex relocated to Florida with his family in July 2021. After four years in the South Florida market — most recently as a top producer at eXp Realty Florida in 2025 — he joined ZenQuest Realty in 2026, where he focuses on the $2M–$10M+ tier across oceanfront, intracoastal, and gated-estate properties.

Born in Kyiv, Ukraine and raised in Brooklyn and Forest Hills, Queens after his family immigrated in 1973, Alex speaks both English and Russian fluently — a useful credential for international buyers navigating the U.S. real estate process. He lives in Parkland with his wife and three children; two of them attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale.
